Reserving a window with Impact Windows Stock Market is free, and you can cancel a reservation at any time before you buy. This page explains how pickup, delivery and returns work.
Reserve with no fee
There is no fee and no payment to reserve. The reservation is how we confirm that the window you want is still available. You can cancel it whenever you like before you buy.
Pickup and delivery
- Pick up at our warehouse.
- Have the windows delivered.
- Pick up or receive them at the project site where they will be installed.
Pickup can often be the same day or the next day. Once your order is confirmed, we arrange the fastest schedule we can.
If you change your mind after buying
- Before we collect the material: we first confirm whether we have already collected it. If we have not, you may be able to cancel the order, and we will confirm with you.
- After we collected or delivered the material: cancelling means a return, and a return fee applies.
- If you picked up an in-stock window yourself: a return is possible, and you can continue with any remaining items in your order.
Made-to-order orders
Made-to-order orders cannot be returned. Please confirm your sizes and options before you order.
Windows from marketplace sellers
For listings from independent sellers, returns depend on the seller. Ask about the return terms before you buy, and we will help you check with the seller.

Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to reserve a window?
No. Reserving is free: there is no fee and no payment. A reservation lets us confirm that the window is available for you. You can cancel the reservation whenever you like before you buy.
How do I get my windows: pickup or delivery?
You can pick up at our warehouse, have the windows delivered, or pick up or receive them at the project site where they will be installed. Pickup can often be the same day or the next day, and we arrange the fastest schedule we can once the order is confirmed.
Can I cancel after I buy?
First we check whether we have already collected the material. If we have not, you may be able to cancel the order, and we will confirm with you. If we have already collected the material for you, or delivered it, cancelling means a return, and a return fee applies.
